Whiskey Brownies:
2 (19.9 oz) boxes of Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate Brownies
1⁄2 cup Water
1 cup Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Screwball Whiskey
4 large Eggs
1⁄2 cup Chocolate chips
1⁄2 C Peanut Butter Chips
Peanut Butter Frosting:
1 cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 tbsp Screwball Whiskey
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a 9×13′′ glass or ceramic baking dish with cooking spray
Add both boxes of brownie mix in a large bowl.
Stir in water, oil, whiskey, and eggs, Stir to combine.
Stir 1⁄2 C chocolate chips and 1⁄2 C peanut butter chips in the batter.
Don’t overmix.
Pour batter into the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and top with the remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter chips
Insert a toothpick in the center of the brownies, if it comes out clean the brownies are done.
Remove from the oven.
Set aside to cool.

Whip on high with a paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
