Baijinath Dham Himachal Pradesh Kangra..Oldest Lord Shiva Temple..

It is without doubt one of the oldest and well-known Lord Shiva temples in Kangra District. It is without doubt one of the Jyotirlinga. The temple was inbuilt CE 1204 by two brothers Manyuka and Ahuka in devotion to Lord Vaidyanatha. The inscriptions inform us {that a} Shivalinga often known as Vaidyanatha already exists on the spot and not using a correct home. The carvings on the wall of the temple may be very intricate. Nandi and Bhingi is sitting infront of the sanctum. Anybody can go contained in the sanctum and provide their pujas.
